Manuel Skye thought buying a house meant dealing with mortgage papers, furniture placement, and maybe a leaky faucet. He did not expect a hot basement bro to be part of the closing package. In Part 2 of The Live-In, Gabriel Clark and Manuel are still getting used to the strangest bonus that came with their new place: Shane Jackson, the so-called “tenant” with a very special arrangement. Gabriel seems more than willing to enjoy the situation, but Manuel isn’t sold. New house, new rules, and suddenly Shane is part of the package? He needs a little convincing. Luckily, Shane knows how to make himself useful. After a surprise interruption, Gabriel takes an awkwardly placed hip-check to the face, and Manuel has every reason to be annoyed, until Shane gets to work turning the clumsy moment into a very personal demonstration of why the previous owners kept him around. Manuel may have been slow to warm up to the arrangement, but Shane is nothing if he’s not committed to good service. Looks like the live-in perk is starting to make a lot more sense.
